Welcome to JMB Davis Ben-David’s Startup Springboard

Thank you for your interest in Startup Springboard. We look forward to hearing from you.

What is Startup Springboard?

The Startup Springboard program offers select Intellectual Property (IP) services at significantly reduced costs, including search & analysis (patentability), patent application preparation, and clearance reviews.

In addition, JMB Davis Ben-David will offer to qualifying startups the  opportunity for publicity via JMB’s email newsletter and website, providing access to JMB’s contacts which include investors from around the world.

Why did we create Startup Springboard?

All companies need investment to survive. To secure investment, a science- or technology-based company nearly always needs at least a patent pending or a legal opinion about the IP present in the company’s commercial field. Too often, the standard cost of these legal services is beyond that which a new company can afford.

We at JMB Davis Ben-David understand these challenges, and want to lower the barrier to attracting investment and increasing a company’s exposure. Through Startup Springboard, we provide more affordable IP services to help establish the right foundation for attracting the investment that will enable startups to grow into mature companies.

What must I provide to qualify for Startup Springboard?

To qualify for the Springboard program, we will need you to confirm the following:

  2. Your startup has an annual income of no more than $200,000 (or 750,000 NIS).
